All of your provided responses are personally reviewed by a board-certified dermatologist. Each dermatologist undergoes an extensive background check and license verification process.
No, it is completely fine to bypass the quiz, but if you would like any input from a dermatologist on products or skincare routine decisions, our dermatologists are happy to review and answer any questions personalized to you and your skin. In the future, there may be products that require physician review per specific guidelines set by the companies who make the products (even though they are not prescription products).
After submission of your skincare information, a dermatologist will complete their initial review of your medical history within 48 hours. If you have been waiting longer than this, please emailsupport@meetlighthouse.com, and we’ll take care of it.
