Lighthouse is on a mission to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for dermatologist-grade skincare products. Our Lighthouse dermatologists are available to answer questions related to skincare advice and provide personalized recommendations to anyone in the United States. Please let us know if you have any questions—we are excited to have the opportunity to make skincare less stressful! 

All of your provided responses are personally reviewed by a board-certified dermatologist. Each dermatologist undergoes an extensive background check and license verification process. 

No, it is completely fine to bypass the quiz, but if you would like any input from a dermatologist on products or skincare routine decisions, our dermatologists are happy to review and answer any questions personalized to you and your skin. In the future, there may be products that require physician review per specific guidelines set by the companies who make the products (even though they are not prescription products). 

Cost, Pricing, and Services

We may explore charging a small fee in the future, but currently your review and corresponding recommendations are completely free. 

After submission of your skincare information, a dermatologist will complete their initial review of your medical history within 48 hours. If you have been waiting longer than this, please email support@meetlighthouse.com, and we’ll take care of it.

At this time, Lighthouse only provides non-medical skin care routine and product advice. Our dermatologists are unable to provide any advice that may be perceived as medical in nature. We recommend seeing a local in-person dermatologist if you have any medical questions or concerns related to dermatology and your skin.

Our prices will never be higher than the prices found on the same products in dermatologist offices. Additionally, you will have free 1-3 day shipping, no hassle returns, and access to a team led by industry leading dermatologists that will help you along the way. 

Our dermatologists have NO financial incentives for recommending specific brands. Lighthouse is brand agnostic (as long as the brand is approved by our dermatology team) and will recommend what they think is best for you individually.

Brands

Our founding team of dermatologists specifically chose the six brands on our platform due to their efficacy and combined ability to provide a comprehensive skin care plan for every possible skin type, skin concern, and environment that you may live in. 

If you are interested in additional products that are carried by existing brands not on our website, please email support@meetlighthouse.com, and we will immediately add your desired products to our product options.

If you are interested in another brand and would like the convenience of free 1-3 day shipping, no hassle returns, and dermatologist guidance, please email support@meetlighthouse.com with the corresponding brand name, and our dermatology team will evaluate whether that particular brand aligns with our requirements to be rooted in science, effective, and trusted by dermatologists. We understand that there are many products available online, but we want to guarantee the efficacy of the brands we carry before offering them to our users.

Orders/Shipping/Returns

Please email support@meetlighthouse.com or call (504)-289-8680 as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to the items in your order, change the shipping address, or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee order modifications once it has been placed, though we will do our best to make requested changes before anything has shipped. If your order has already been packed or shipped, we may be unable to make any changes to it at that time.

Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. In rare cases, it may take the carrier 1-2 days to update their tracking information, but if you have any questions or concerns at any time please call us at (504)-289-8680 or email support@meetlighthouse.com

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and may be transferred to USPS for last-mile delivery. Orders with a pre-discounted value of $250 or above may require a signature upon delivery. Return requests will be provided with a pre-paid USPS label.

We currently ship to every state except Hawaii and Alaska, but this may change in the future. If you would like to be notified of any future expansions, please email hello@meetlighthouse.com, and we will notify you of our future developments!

We currently provide auto-shipping for all of our products if this is something that you are interested in. 

You can automatically change or cancel a future subscription under your Account Information tab or by contacting us at support@meetlighthouse.com or (504)-289-8680.

Our return policy is simple and worry-free: if you are not 100% satisfied with the products you purchase, you can return them within 60 days of the purchase date. 

For utmost convenience, we will include a pre-paid return label with every purchase. If for some reason you are missing or have lost your label, please reach out by contacting us at support@meetlighthouse.com or (504)-289-8680 so we can send you another one.
