And don't worry, we don't skimp on shipping. We ship via FedEx, LaserShip, and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders less than $49
You shouldn't have to buy the farm to get a deal on shipping. So if your order is less than $49, we only charge $4.95 flat rate for your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
You shouldn't have to wait to get your order! So we work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Most customers receive their orders within 1-2 days of placing them.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man.

I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico?
Sorry, we only ship within the contiguous US at this time.
I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
I'm not home?
We usually leave it up to the drivers unless you have specific instructions. They will first try to get you at home and if after a couple times they can't get you, they'll drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from meetlighthouse.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Return Policy
Pontchartrain Group, Inc. (dba “Lighthouse”) offers a 60-day, money-back guarantee to original consumer purchasers of products purchased through the Lighthouse online ordering platform (“Warranty”). If you purchased your product through www.meetlighthouse.com and you are dissatisfied for any reason within 60 days of the date of purchase, please contact Lighthouse’s Customer Service at support@meetlighthouse.com or 504-289-8680 to arrange for the product to be returned in accordance with the Return Process described below.
In order to obtain a refund on a Warranty-eligible product, the original purchaser of the Product must first contact a representative of Lighthouse’s Customer Service at: support@meetlighthouse.com or 504-289-8680 to explain the reason for seeking a refund/return. If the Customer Service representative verifies the product is covered by the Warranty described herein, the representative will issue a Return Authorization to the original purchaser.
The following information will be required from the purchaser in order to assign a Return Authorization:
-  Purchaser’s name
-  Purchaser’s phone numberÂ
- Purchaser’s email addressÂ
- Product name and serial number (if applicable)Â
- Purchase date and / or verification of purchaseÂ
- Reason purchaser is seeking a refund or replacement of the product
Return requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Unless otherwise noted by Lighthouse, a Customer Service representative will send a pre-paid shipping label for purposes of returning the product.
Purchaser should take care when packaging the product for return shipping in order to avoid the potential for shipment damage. If products are damaged during the return shipment process due to insufficient packaging, it will be left to Lighthouse’s discretion to determine whether or not the product is refundable or replaceable.
All Return Authorization packages should be affixed with the pre-paid shipping label provided by Lighthouse. If purchaser chooses to ship the package to Lighthouse by any means other than use of the pre-paid shipping label, purchaser shall be solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. In order to qualify for reimbursement all Return Authorization packages should be shipped to the address provided by Lighthouse.
If Lighthouse does not receive the products within 30 days of the date on which the Return Authorization for such products was issued, the Return Authorization will be closed. Lighthouse will not accept any packages without the inclusion of an open, valid Return Authorization form. Only the specific products listed on the Return Authorization form will be accepted. All other items will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. Purchaser should expect to receive a refund or replacement, as applicable, of all authorized return products within 4-6 weeks following the return of the products to Lighthouse in accordance with this Return Process. After refund or replacement of the authorized returned products to purchaser, as applicable, Lighthouse will close the Return Authorization.
The Warranty period commences on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. This Warranty can only be used once per product and once per order. This Warranty shall only apply to products purchased through Lighthouse, and not to any products purchased through third party retailers or dispensing physicians. This Warranty shall not apply to products that have been damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, modification, or tampering following shipment to purchaser. Items are non-refundable if undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages.
RETURN OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED WITHIN THE LAST 60 DAYS THROUGH LIGHTHOUSE. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS CONDITIONS AND LIMITED REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND SHALL NOT APPLY OR HAVE ANY AFFECT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT LIGHTHOUSE IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIGHTHOUSE OR ANYONE ACTING ON ITS BEHALF, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF LIGHTHOUSE OR ANYONE ACTIVE ON ITS BEHALF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION IS INTENDED TO APPLY AND DOES APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED, ASSERTED OR BROUGHT IN AN ACTION OR CLAIM IN TORT, CONTRACT, ON THE WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THE LIABILITY OF LIGHTHOUSE AND ANYONE ACTING ON ITS BEHALF TO YOU FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED IN AGGREGATE THE NET PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR THE COST OF REPLACING THE PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Meetlighthouse.com guarantees that all products you buy are fresh and genuine goods from the original manufacturer and are free of manufacturers’ defects. Lighthouse does not guarantee the suitability of any product sold through Lighthouse for application.
